RP Information

Everything evolves; species, people, dreams. Professor Charles Xavier dreamed of a world where humans & mutants could peacefully coexist. But, the world had other intentions & Xavier's dream had to change. After the sudden revelation of the true nature of his school to the public Xavier & his X-Men had to evolve. Now residing in their new home of San Francisco California, they've been thrust into the spotlight and life as they knew it, would never be the same.

writing letters home to a place where you feel comforted. the little
small town of stony brook, that is. you know the neighbors, you know
the people who serve you your breakfast at the local diner and fill up
your pot of coffee. the bartender you tip knows what your feeling by
the type of drink you order. it's comfortable slipping back into stony
brook because it knows you like you know yourself. there's no need to
be afraid and vulnerable here, cause it isn't going to do you any harm.

at least, it never wanted to.

a lot has been going on in stony brook, in the surrounding land, to the
people, to the atmosphere. a few hollywood producers decided to drag
their boots all over new hampshire and settle into one of the nearby
towns, port jefferson, to get a little foreign film called écrit pour vous
going. if there is one thing you should know about stony brook and
port jefferson, it's that they never really got along. not that there was
a rivalry, rather a lack of understanding between the two. and now that
port jefferson has welcomed in foreigners and producers, actors, and
actresses, filming crew into little old new hampshire, the strain has
gotten tighter. this isn't hollywood, and stony brook liked the intimate
touch it gave off because no one knew of it. but trailers are being set
up, orange tape and security tying off spots, claiming it as their own.
normally, the people of stony brook keep to themselves, to their own
little town, and they wouldn't give a damn what a nearby town was
doing. but all this new publicity, these outsiders, it's spreading into
stony brook's town, their home. like a glass of cranberry juice being
knocked over, it's starting to stain their little sacred town. and nobody
likes it, not one bit.they're trying to bite their tongues long enough to
just let it all blow over, but that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon.
